Floyd Mayweather Ordered to Stay Away from Children, Ex

After skipping a court hearing yesterday, Floyd Mayweather finds himself in even more legal trouble.
The boxer has been ordered to pat $31,000 in bail and to stay away from Josie Harris and the two children he shares with this ex-girlfriend.

Mayweather was due in court to face eight misdemeanor and felony charges, all of which stem from a September incident in which he allegedly punched Harris in the face and took her cell phone.

Reports indicate he also threatened to beat his children if they dialed 911. The world champion athlete could face up to 34 years in prison if convicted on charges that include felony coercion, grand larceny and robbery. He is due back in court January 24.

Michael Jackson's Kids: Safe From Crazy Joe

Fans worried about Michael Jackson's kids after watching Katherine Jackson on Oprah need not worry. They will not suffer the child abuse their father did.
Katherine, Michael's mother and now the legal guardian of his children Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket, does not believe in physical discipline. Period.

Joe Jackson beat Michael and basically said he'd do it again, but Katherine corrects Paris, Prince and Blanket by talking to them. What a wild concept.

Moreover, Katherine will not let Joe be involved in any disciplinary situations when it comes to the youngsters, so he won't lay a hand on MJ's kids.
Joe admitted to Oprah he whipped Michael with a strap, which he justified by saying that none of the couple's nine children had ever been to jail.
This wasn't exactly news, since his abusive past is common knowledge, but the bluntness and lack of regret was unsettling to many Michael fans.
In any case, it turns out discipline is not a high priority at the Jackson compound ... because Michael's kids are incredibly well-behaved anyway.

Pink is Pregnant!

Pink is pregnant! Carey Hart is the dad! Congratulations to the married, expectant singer and her husband! It will be their first child together.
A source tells the new Us Weekly that "She's 12 weeks along ... she wanted to do it between tours, when she has some time off." Convenient!

Pink (real name Alecia Moore) is pregnant!

The source adds that after the duo’s well-documented 2008 separation, “Pink was determined to make the relationship solid. Now she’s happy."
"They're both really happy and she’s excited she got pregnant so fast! She’ll be a brilliant mother,” says the friend, and we believe it.
No word on whether the little bundle of joy is a boy or a girl, but we're predicting girl. You know, for the obvious color scheme involved.

Emilio Masella to Vinny Guadagnino: Step Up!

Emilio Masella briefly dated Jersey Shore star Snooki, then went on to star in Tower 69: Malibu Beach Patrol Featuring 3-D Boobs, a Spencer Pratt film.
That's basically his life in a nutshell.
Suffice it to say, stardom hasn't come easily Therefore, he's trying to make news by fighting Vinny Guadagnino, who Snooki smashed on Jersey Shore.

Watch out, Vin. There's a gorilla juicehead on the loose.

Vinny is heading to Emilio’s home state of Connecticut for an appearance soon, and Emilio Masella is readying himself for a final showdown to get the truth.
“I can finally find out if your hook-up with Snooki was fake or planned,” Emilio tweeted at Vinny. “Like how u called n asked to fake a hookup so people would like you more, when we were dating before season 2 hmm? #USER.”
Pretty much says it all right there.
For what it's worth (very, very little), Emilio said he just wants to know the truth once and for all and feels this here is his opportunity to get it.
“Now it’s time to find out if it was fake or real,” Emilio explains to Radar. “Sadly, I really think it happened but I want him to be a man and admit that he had sex with my girl while I was with her. He was supposed to be my friend.”
“I’m connected in here, this is my home and I will be at Sin City Night Club in Water Bay November 26 and we’ll see if he has the balls to face me!”
We're guessing Vinny, as an actual quasi-celebrity, has other plans.

Kendra Wilkinson Clears the Air Over Playboy Confusion

Yes, Kendra Wilkinson is featured on the holiday cover of Playboy.
And, yes, this is the same Kendra Wilkinson who said a week ago that she would not be posing for the magazine again.
But, no, such an apparent contradiction does NOT make her a hypocrite. We'll let Kendra explain, via a blog entry from today:

I wanted to clear something up really quick! A lot of you saw on my show that I was struggling to decide whether to pose for Playboy again or not. I AM on the December cover of Playboy but it wasn’t from a recent shoot. The photos are from a shoot I did 2 years ago when I was still living in the mansion.

Ah, makes perfect sense now. Perhaps Kendra will next explain her definition of single parenthood, as ridiculously outlined in this interview.
